Terms of Service

1. Account Requirements

To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age, provide accurate and complete information during registration, maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Platform or its content for any purpose unrelated to your business with Rewa Images. You must not: upload, download, or redistribute content in violation of copyright or other intellectual property rights; use data mining, robots, or similar extraction methods; reverse-engineer, hack, or attempt unauthorized access; circumvent or interfere with security features; frame or scrape the Platform; or use the Platform for illegal, defamatory, or harassing purposes. Uploaded content must not contain graphic violence, hate speech, or explicit sexual material.

3. Ownership of the Platform

The Platform — its design, layout, software, text, graphics, and trademarks — is owned by Artivism Collaborations Pvt Ltd and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. All title, ownership, and intellectual property rights in the Platform remain with us; use of it beyond your normal business with Rewa Images requires our written permission.

4. Intellectual Property in Content

Contributors retain full copyright ownership of their submitted images. By uploading content, a contributor grants Rewa Images a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and sublicense it under the license type they select.

Buyers receive the specific usage rights defined in the license they purchase. All other rights remain with the contributor.

5. Trademarks

"Rewa Images" and its logo are trademarks of Artivism Collaborations Pvt Ltd and may not be copied, imitated, or used without our prior written permission.

6. Credits and Payments

Purchases are made using credits, priced in Indian Rupees (INR) and payable via our payment processor, Razorpay. Credits are generally non-refundable once purchased — see our Refund Policy for exceptional circumstances. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

7. Contributor Payouts

Contributor earnings are based on downloads and the license type sold. Payouts are made by direct bank transfer once your balance reaches ₹1,000, subject to a 7-day processing hold after each request. Bank details are encrypted and securely stored.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rewa Images shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or content downloaded from it.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rewa Images, Artivism Collaborations Pvt Ltd, and their directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your content, your conduct, your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of another party's rights.

11. Third-Party Links

The Platform may link to third-party websites (for example, our payment processor's own policies). We do not control and are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. Once you leave the Platform, these Terms no longer apply.

12. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. Any rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve it amicably. If it is not resolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a seat of arbitration in Delhi, India. Subject to that arbitration agreement, the courts of Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Termination

Rewa Images reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the Platform or other users.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time; the "last updated" date below will reflect changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
